We created this game to make
We created this game to make many different options of ways to win. We have played it four times with two people playing. Each time the winner won by a different strategy than previous games. Each time we didn't have a good idea who won when the game ended until we counted our victory cards. A couple of times we were really surprised at the victory point results. We enjoy not knowing how the points will be arrayed until the end of the game. We feel we have only scratched the surface on the number of strategies that can be used to build a winning deck and plan to play it many times in the future. It would be interesting to know how the deck works with more than two players. We played this game using the 3 estates in the beginning deck and not using the three alternative cards available with the Dark Ages deck. The game may play differently with the Dark Ages beginning cards and that may be a fun alternative to try with this deck.
