There is only one card

There is only one card cheaper than 4. Should I buy another chapel or should I cancel my turn?
First all the curses are delivered which keeps you down. When all the curses are trashed, the game begins. Then it takes ages until something happens since there a 2 cards inspecting every player's deck. This was so back-breaking
