The goal, here, was to make

The goal, here, was to make varying strategies viable: Provinces, Gardens, Dukes. I haven't played this one yet, but I'm very interested to see how it plays.

You could use +Buys to make a Gardens fat deck strategy work. You could use Nobles in combination to run a variant of the Village/Smithy strategy. You could use the +Buys to get multiple Duchies/Dukes on a turn. I'm sure there are other ways you could take this, too.
