When a player buys a card, he gains a Curse card per Embargo token on that pile.
Choose one: +2 Cards; or +2 Treasure; or trash 2 cards from your hand.
Reveal the top 4 cards of your deck. Put the revealed Victory cards into your hand. Put the other cards on top of your deck in any order.
Each player draws a card.
Choose one: +3 Cards; or +2 Actions.
Started as a deck to make the Scout valuable, then tweaked to fit a theme.
Embargo should make it replay well.

We just played this game 3 times, and each round was very fun. Lot's of subtle chaining with cellars and scouts, plus big scoring games from dukes.
Great combo! But be sure to buy gold early or you are stuck later in the game.
Played twice, two very different experiences. Lots of good combos. Accidentally had Contraband instead of Baron (don't ask) and it made for more fun with Embargos in play.
Played a 4 player game. First time playing with embargo (don't own Seaside; used blank cards) and it is pretty fun. I TR'ed Nobles but didn't win. There are quite a few combinations, so I will try to play it again.
Scout + Great Hall is a cute combo. Beware with dukes: if your opponent sees you buying up duchys, an embargo on the dukes will kill you.
